What is trauma for you?

Trauma is really tricky; it can mean 100 different things to 100 different people. It can be fleeting, or it can remain in place for years until it’s addressed, and we learn the coping skills that can help us face it. Never compare your traumas with those of others because we all experience them in our own way. What may be relatively minor to you may be catastrophic for someone else. The reverse could also be true. It’s ok to need help in facing them, that’s what people like me are here for.
